California Upholds Ban on Gay Marriage

The California Supreme Court upheld a ban on gay (same-sex) marriage, causing reactions from some in California.

Gay activists are attempting to push civil unions and/or gay marriage in other states, including Illinois.

California did the right thing.

I hope this mess doesn't happen in Illinois. Sorry, but if you are gay, that's your choice, but that doesn't mean civil unions or gay marriage should be allowed anymore than incest.

5/27 2:00 PM - It must have been a difficult time for you when you had to share the lunch counter. Fortunately Neanderthals like you are in decline. This country will indeed get to a point where it treats all of its citizens equally.
By the way, the only choice being made is by those who choose to embrace religious beliefs that justifies this bigotry. Bigotry is not lessened because it is supposedly supported by the Bible.
