President Barack Obama, in an effort to push support approval of the massive economic stimulus (aka "wild spending") bill, went to Caterpillar in Peoria in February and made headlines about how if the stimulus bill was passed, Caterpillar would hire.

Hey OLB, how is it that there isn't one comment about OSMSA OBAMA taking over the auto manufacturers? I realize that this is just a small item on the business front but gee wouldn't you think it would deserve at least one blog section? Oh well its just the way the fishwrap has declined. After watching OSAMA OBAMA issue his latest decree yesterday I'm wondering if anybody else is looking for the SENATE...I was under the impression that the Senate was the one to decide on auto takeovers, tax issues etc. but appearently the sheeple are just as happy with a DICTATOR.

For all you dupes at CAT who voted for OSAMA OBAMA...pay attention: His latest decree to tax the offshore profits of the evil corporations could well backfire..since 66% of CAT's profits come from out of the country wouldn't it make more sense to move the HQ out also and only pay taxes on 33% made locally? If this happens then you all can drive to MExico, Vensuela, China or elsewhere out of the country to look for your jobs. But oh don't worry OSAMA can always declair CAT bankrupt and give the bond holders 10% and give the UAW 55%.......of nothing left. That way you can all work for yourselves and vote all the raises you want with nothing left. Keep supporting the unions and the Democrats and you can live just like they do now in RUSSIA.
