Election 2010 | Hynes and Quinn Fire TV Ads on Who's Tax Increase Plan is Dumb or Dumber

Thus far, in the Democratic race for Governor of Illinois, there is a choice between two old-guard politicians who both claim to be reformers.

Illinois temp Gov Pat Quinn, who called Blagojevich a person of integrity and has been pals with ethical misfits like Chicago Mayor Daley recently, is trying to hold on to a position he was never elected to. Dan Hynes, who has been raised by Chicago politics, is trying to appear as an outsider and the wiser one.

Both support tax increases to continue the bad habits of the past, so the question really is which one is dumb and which one is dumber.

Hynes came out with the first TV ad, followed by a response by Quinn.

Quinn is now actually wanting us to believe he is providing tax relief. What a lying a SOB. Didn't he just try to raise state income tax from 3 to 4.5 percent? And didn't he just raise tax on candy, and soda pop? And didn't he just raise the state driver's license fee? Another typical lying, deceiving, no-good bastard.

Of course he was elected to this position. That's what the Lt Governors job means. You run for the office that is designed to be the replacement for the Governor if needed.

He won, remember??

I tell you what if the people of Illinois elect either of these two clowns or any other Democratic machine politicians running for govenor or any other office then instead of just Dumb or Dumber the hard-working taxpayers of this state are indeed "The Dumbest".
