Education Reform Ideas | How to Fire Bad Teachers from the Public School System

What a great idea! I especially like the fact that there are more teachers than administrators on the review panel. Having teachers mentor and evaluate their fellow teachers is a win-win situation for everyone. Administrators are still involved, but there is a MUCH smaller risk of a teacher being bullied because of corrupt bigwigs' personal vendettas.

Remember several years ago when the EHS band director was basically railroaded out of his job? His students, fellow teachers, and community members rallied behind him--but administration gave the community a big "F*CK YOU". Under the Toledo system of checks and balances, it would probably have been those administrators who would have been out of a job!

Thanks, Openline, for posting this.

The Communist party has set its sights on the libral Democrats so you can only expect this system to get worse. The NEA and TEACHERS unions are filled with these librals and the only hope is to disband them and make it illegal for teachers to unionize and abolish the NEA.
