Chicago Woman Makes Claims of Sexual Harassment Against Herman Cain

A Chicago woman, Sharon Bialek, has come forward, making claims of sexual harassment against Presidential candidate Herman Cain.

The woman is represented by Gloria Allred, who is frequently in the middle of these type of cases.

Cain's campaign denies the claims and says they are false.

I don't know. Anyone connected to Gloria Allred makes me wonder about the motives.

Openline should send their top investigators to city hall to unearth sexual harassment settlements that the city may have approved. Have female employees been paid off to keep quiet about inappropriate activity by their supervisors or fellow employees? It would be enlightening to know what city officials may have hidden.

Investigators? Everyone knows that Openline either just makes stuff up, or copies and pastes in whatever other people send him, or he's found trolling the web for things that OTHERs have found and posted.

I'm w/ 4:54. The clips I heard really had the ring of truth to them, and Cain's failure to immediately ask that all confidentiality clauses be waived, and the complaints about him that were previously settled be aired in full, make me believe "where there's smoke there's fire". BUT this particular lawyer's entry into the situation actually is a point that lends Cain more credibility. Hmmm, I wonder if HE hired Alred to represent this woman?

Cain had a 3 year contract to serve as President of the National Restaurant Association. He left that position 6 months before his contract ended. Why? Did it have anything to do with multiple sexual harassment complaints. At least 2 settlements totaling almost $100,000 and possibly 2 more complaints pending. I wonder if that had anything to do with his early departure?

I just noticed that Openline has clearly shown HIS bias here, in the "labels" he's chosen to attach to this article. In particular, "false allegations" and "politics of personal destruction". Maybe they're false, and maybe they're not. As far as politics, maybe there was some politics in the allegations coming out, but the allegations were made and settlements were reached long before he decided to run for president.

The only proof is a fat, ugly white woman with bad hair? I'd believe it more if her name was Monica and she had a stained dress.

Isn't it odd that this woman just happpens to live in the same building as DAVID AXELROD? She stated she sometimes sees him in the gym. Also hasn't had a job in 16 years but still can afford a very high rent apartment. All odd.

Why would Axelrod or any democrat want Cain out of the republican primary. Obama could only dream of facing a candidate as weak as Cain. He is unaware that China has nuclear weapons, is confused on his own position on abortion and proposes a 9% national sales tax.

Because the obonzo crew can't play the race card if Cains in the race, that's why they want him out.

With Cain in there, Obama doesn't need to play ANY cards. He can basically just sit back and let Cain keep playing his own stupidity card. Neither side can win w/ just their extremist base (either left or right), they have to attract enough of the independant voters. Cain will drive the independent voters away. The only Republican who has a chance to attract the independant voters is Romney; the question is whether he can attract enough of the right wingers. The smart move for the democrats to do is anything they can to promote Cain, Perry, Bachman, or any of the others.

12:27 I guess you'd be the expert on getting free handouts. I've never done it myself. And we've got plenty of cheese; we picked some up at the grocery store last night. Paid for out of my salary, earned thru my hard work, and paid the appropriate sales taxes. All of which goes to support you in line for free cheese. But I'm quite willing to help since you seem to need it.
