Gay marriage should be legal - It is stupid that it is not.

I don't even know what we are still talking about this. Why is it so shocking?

Marriage is not always a religious institution.

Ex: Atheists can get married, people can get married in a court house instead of a church.

THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD NOT BE DISCRIMINATING AGAINST ANYBODY WITH MY TAX MONEY.

Gays can already marry!!!
A gay man can marry a lesbian.

Anita Alvarez and Lisa Madigan are both great examples of immoral people who are in critical positions of law enforcement. They look the other way on corruption and the law, so I'm not surprised they are looking the other way on Illinois law on gay marriage.

For those that believe anyone should be able to get married, what about a brother and sister? What about a 35 year old and a 15 year old? Why not if you believe it's not up to anyone else to determine who should be able to get married?

Why do morons always take things to the STUPID?

Brother and Sister getting married/having kids results in usually genetic consequences for the kid.

A 15-year-old can get married if the parents sign off on it.

What is your argument against gay marriage OTHER THAN RELIGION?

You probably don't have one, but I will wait for your stupid response.

It used to be legal to discriminate against people with a different skin color, and it used to be legal to discriminate against people with physical or mental handicaps. Neither is the case any more.

I don't understand you people who want the government involved in more of your life. Is it because they do everything so well and cost effective?
