East Aurora School District 131 Fixes Transgender Policy Fiasco

On Friday, East Aurora School District 131's Board voted to fix the fiasco that resulted from an earlier vote on adopting a policy that gave "transgender" children the right to use the restrooms or locker rooms of what they considered their "gender-related identity."

Before we continue, we must remind everyone this is about children, not adults.  This is about protecting ALL students, not just some and this is NOT about politics.

School Board President Annette Johnson explained the initial approval of the policy was an error due to an administration official.

As an alternate, single-stall or "unisex" restrooms could be used those situations where a child claims they don't identity with their own sex.

It was not due to an administrator, it was because they DID NOT READ the policy.

Funny you left out the vast majority of those speaking at the board meeting were AGAINST rescinding the policy. The ones who primarily wanted it rescinded was a recognized hate group from outside the district.

5:55 I don't think it's because they didn't read the policy, I think they read it but didn't have the integrity and fortitude to stick w/ their vote and stand up against the hate group. and then they didn't have the guts to even say "we made a mistake". With this board, it's always "someone else's fault".

How much lower can public "education" sink into the cesspool of degradation and perversion ?

Once again the D131 school board pretends to listen to the vast majority's wishes, and once again they give the community the middle finger.

6:38 a.m., in the history of our district's administration (at least since 2004 or so), when have they EVER admitted a mistake?

Openline - This is possibly the DUMBEST explanation of the events that took place. You SUCK at reporting.

It is all about trying to normalize aberrant behavior and using inclusiveness to promote and triumph deviancy.

Anonymous said...

No, it's about protecting children from being bullied AND protecting the district from possible lawsuits resulting from such bullying.

2:02 p.m., I have a transgender family member. I can tell you that being transgender is not "aberrant behavior"--it is about IDENTITY.

Big difference!

A bunch of freaks want special protection so they can parade around and act out their perversions in public, in the old days is was called exhibitionism, only now they want to force subjugation of unwilling voyeur on other people’s children.

The administrator is a Lesbian and moved her cause ahead

3:13 p.m., this policy had absolutely nothing to do with anyone parading around or acting out perversions in public. It was about using restrooms or locker rooms--last I heard, those were private activities.

Not when you have some he-she male named Marty using he restroom with your daughter asking to be addressed as Marcia or some She-he named Elizabeth who stuff a sock in her pants and wants to be called Alex sharing the locker room with your son.

By the way what are you going to do when the star football player decides he wants to be called Sally and check out your 16 year old daughters tits while he displays his very large clitoris to her?

2:37 & 2:39 you're wasting your breath trying to be the voice of reason. These guys (including Openline) don't want to hear any facts that might get in the way of their opinions. Let's face it, the reason we need policies like this one is to protect our kids from these bullies and their ilk. Anybody who's not exactly like them is going to get this treatment. They think constitutional rights means the right to agree with them.

The way you straighten out some boy who thinks it is normal to suck cock is to break his jaw so it hurts every time he does so.

Anonymous said...

You see, it just took 24 minutes for bully boy 9:08 to make my point.

The assistant superintendent for secondary education brings forward a controversial policy without advising the board that it is controversial.

The assistant superintendent for finance is not keeping track of the district's credit cards.

The superintendent is not controlling the work of those who directly report to him. A superintendent is paid big bucks. Part of the responsibility is to direct and monitor the staff that report to him. It is time for the school board to review the work performance of the superintendent and seriously consier his future with the district.

Problem is 9:08 is right - you just want people to accept perversity and degenerates as normal and equal.

They are not - they are perverts and degenerates. That is why they were called queers instead of normal people next door.

Anonymous said...

Excellent, 12:26. So 9:08 is displaying "normal" by promoting committing child abuse? THAT's perverted, as is your agreeing with him.

Anonymous said...

Child abuse is ANY parent who allows a boy to dress like a girl and accepts their questioning their sexuality rather than guiding them down the road the correct path.

Anonymous said...

Beating your child enough to break bones is "guiding them down the correct path"? And of course you know the correct path better than God, who made them the way they are.

Anonymous said...

Spare the rod, spoil the child.

Anonymous said...

Guess what, not everybody is religious.

Anyone who thinks this would protect anyone from anything is INSANE!!!!

If a kid was trying to dress in the locker room and an it was next to him and looked at him the wrong why I would suspect they would kick it's ass. Which is a normal reaction to perversion. And they would be labeled a bully. What a bunch of BS.

Keep your perversion, Please give me back my tax dollars so I don't have to fund it!

Child abuse is letting your child choose to be a deviant.

12:03 p.m., heaven forbid you're ever in an accident and one of the EMTs who show up is my gay nephew. Or you need a cop and my neighbor (a lesbian) is on duty. These "deviants", as you call them, are productive members of society, raised by loving (non-abusive) parents.

The fact is, about 10% of the U.S. population is LGBT. I would be VERY surprised if you did not interact on a daily basis with someone you consider "deviant". The vast majority of Americans today have a supportive (or at least live-and-let-live) attitude towards their gay neighbors, co-workers, relatives, and friends.

Maybe YOU'RE the deviant one!

We're speaking with Gary Gates. He's a demographer who recently released a report estimating that the LGBT population makes up about 3.8 percent of the U.S. population. That's a contrast to figures that had long been cited. Also joining us, Judy Bradford, director of the Center for Population Research in LGBT Health. Not quite 10% but still a lot of misguided people running around out there. We homophobics have been forced by laws to accept no tolerate is a better word, this kind of public perverse behavior. Do a google search of the gay agenda in america. You can read for hours. They have so many organizations now fighting for their causes, 3.8 of the population setting Imoral policy for the other 96.2 that had better start to wake up and speak up for what they believe in. Anyone that dares do just that is a hater or hate group, like the american family association.

You could kill off 10% of the world's population and no one would give damn, and 3.8% - you had better be glad you queer types stopped promoting the idea that it genetically determined or your asses would be aborted into non-existence if there ever was demonstrated genetic predisposition.

I love how when they wanted acceptance queers were saying they were biologically predestined to be gay and it was not a choice. Once we got good at looking at genetic differences they lobbied to have all research stop for identifying the gay gene.

Yes John Wayne Gacy was so productive.

The reality is 43%- 69% of all serial killers have had a homosexual experience. Now compare that to their percentage int eh overall population.

cite:

"Homosexual Rape and Murder of Children", published in Journal of the Family Research Institute, Vol. 18 No. 1, Feb 2003.

And 98% of serial killers are male.

Western civilization would be much poorer without the achievements of so-called "deviants" like Tchaikovsky, Michelangelo, and George Bernard Shaw. Not to mention the many contemporary artists, musicians, designers, etc. who contribute to our culture.

3:40 p.m., if you truly have no appreciation for the accomplishments of LGBT individuals I feel sorry for you.

Who gives a damn about painters, musician and hair stylist and designers?

On the lesbian police officer, she is one of the most abusive manipulators of overtime pay on the force. She knows she will never be terminated because of her sexuality, so she gets away with it.

Okay, maybe you "give a damn" about heads of state, philosophers, military heroes, religious leaders, or economists. Examples:

Pope Julius III
Francis Bacon (English statesman)
Alexander the Great
T.E. Lawrence (20th century English soldier & author)
Socrates
Frederick the Great
John M. Keynes (20th century economist)
Bayard Rustin (civil rights activist)

And by the way, I'm a heterosexual female happily married for 30+ years. I don't have a gay child, but if I did I hope I would be as loving & supportive of him/her as I am of my straight kids.

I pity you, with your mean-spirited hateful attitude; and I feel sorry for anyone who has to live with you.

Anonymous said...

I feel sorry for any child who has a parent that equates their normalcy to another child's deviance as if the two are equal and both of merit.

Judgmental, much??

Yep, and you are a dick.
