Judges Throw Out Five Counts Against Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich on Appeal

Judges threw out five of eighteen counts against convicted former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, vacated his 14-year sentence and ordered him retried on the five counts.  He would not be released.

If prosecutors drop those five counts, Blagojevich would be sentenced again by U.S. District Judge James Zagel.

It just shows there is no Justice. Blago and Ryan should have gotten life with hard physical labor and been put on the blandest healthy diet designed to always leave them a little hungry, no recreation and solitary confinement when not working on a chain gang.
