Aurora Most Wanted - Vicki Morcos

A reward of up to $100,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of VICKI MORCOS of Aurora.

MORCOS, the "partnership manager" and crony of the corrupt political mafia that runs the Dunham Fund, is a close personal friend of two corrupt Aurora cops, Kristen Ziman and Chris Tunney, both under investigation.

Sources from the Aurora Police Department also confirm Morcos and her husband, Mike Morcos, were involved in an alleged crime and alleged cover-up of crime as part of a conspiracy by the mayor, Dunham Fund and certain members of the APD.

Mike Morcos allegedly made inappropriate contact with a young woman at a local bar, then got into a fight with his wife outside, where he proceeded to allegedly strike Vicki Morcos.

Police were called and Mike Morcos was arrested, handcuffed and put into a police van.

With the intervention of the mayor, Dunham Fund and the collusion of certain criminal cops, the street cops were later ordered to release Morcos without any consequence for his misconduct and alleged crimes.

Mike Morcos is among the political mafia associated with the corrupt crew at the Dunham Fund, the nonprofit slush fund run by corruption chief Robert "Bob" Vaughan, Mayor Tom Weisner's campaign and crony chief.

Vicki Morcos is described as arrogant, wears excessive makeup and likes to party and drink large amounts of alcohol with Kristen Ziman and Chris Tunney.

Please contact our investigators if you have any information that will lead the arrest and conviction of Vicki Morcos. You may be eligible for a substantial reward.

A separate community alert will be issued regarding Mike Morcos.

Vicki Morcos has personally benefited from contracts involving multiple schemes of political corruption in Aurora, including the $163 million Aurora Police Palace.

Vicki Morcos is among Aurora's Most Wanted.

Has a White Castle opened up their slider emporium on restaurant row yet? Heard they go well over Guinness and Jameson and help quell violence. Maybe the City can actually get that deal done for a change.

Somebody needs to take all the information to the US Attorney about this Morcos, Tunney and Ziman. This is criminal and affects all tax payers.

When I watch the news or any police TV show, if wrong doing is strongly suspected the police involved are stripped of their power until the investigation is completed. Is this being done in Aurora? We citizens need to act.

When I went to the police web site I saw this.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is considered a personnel complaint?A complaint of wrong-doing or inappropriate action on the part of any employee of the Aurora Police Department. Any person may lodge a complaint. Will my complaint be acknowledged?Yes. Personnel complaints, where violations of the laws or Aurora Police Department policies and procedures can be articulated, shall be accepted, documented and reviewed. What are some of the reasons that people file personnel complaints? Many people file personnel complaints because of feelings that they were treated improperly and want the Department to be aware of these actions. Many times, people do not understand why someone was arrested, ticketed, or had force used on them when they did not feel it was appropriate. Some people file personnel complaints because they think it will help their criminal case, traffic ticket, or for revenge against the Department employee. All cases are investigated thoroughly and appropriate actions taken. What types of complaints will not be taken?Complaints alleging disagreements on traffic tickets, parking tickets, or probable cause for an arrest are examples of complaints that may not be taken. These decisions are for the Court to make and not normally subject to review by the Aurora Police Department. How do I file a personnel complaint?A personnel complaint against any employee of the Aurora Police Department may be taken by any supervisor. Go to the front desk area and speak to the officer and request to speak with a supervisor about a personnel complaint. The supervisor will listen to your complaint to see what, if any, laws, policies or procedures may have been violated. Upon making such a determination, the supervisor will complete a performance complaint and request that you sign the performance complaint in the presence of a notary public. If a supervisor is not available, you may take a Details of Complaint form with you, fill it out with as much detail as possible, and return it to the Aurora Police Department’s Office of Professional Standards. By Illinois law, the complaint form must be notarized. You will be contacted when the complaint is received. Will my complaint be investigated?Yes. Upon the receipt of a complaint, the Office of Professional Standards will review the complaint and send you a confirmation letter. A thorough investigation will be conducted into all complaints. It is imperative that enough information be provided to thoroughly investigate a complaint. Will the employee be told about the complaint?Yes. As in the case with any potentially punitive process, the accused is afforded the right of knowing what he/she is accused of and who the accusers are. This is done in all fairness to the employee just as it is for any other person. Will anything happen to the employee? This depends on what the employee did and if the personnel complaint is sustained against the employee. If the employee’s actions were criminal, the information will be given to the responsible State’s Attorney’s office for possible criminal charges.

After reading hundreds of these blog entries, I truly believe that an outside non political company should look outside of the police department for a qualified police manager. I would fire all the Zimans, Grooms, Tunneys, Deans, Deleons and all those weird pumpkins and lurches also.

Is there a way for a tax payer to check and see if there is a complaint being worked on at our police department?

Those greedy Deans tunnys grooms and zimans seem rotten to the core

Anyone remember the story of Richard Irvin, Cocaine, McQues, and a young married woman named Malinda, a car accident that was reported by someone in this blog years ago? The Aurora Police covered up for Irvin then, corrupt as always.

This town is so sleazy, the Pilmers, Weisner, Schaffers, Hinkle, Vaughn, Varney, Steinheimer, Ormonds so many dirty, corrupt slimeballs. Look at the city council, there is not one person on it who is not bought and paid for.

Where are the Tunneys, Zimans, Kjendalls, Grooms, Deans, Deleones fit in to the corruption scenario?

Oh Yea, I read that long complaint story. No way am I going to ask for a boss, they will put me on a hit list and get me and my family somehow. The FBI needs to be contacted instead.

I have not read anything about the male ziman lately. Has he banged the other half of the police department. He should get a blue suit like that one weirdo, chicks all over town would either bang him or hide.

Vicki Morcos and her furniture scheme got contracts with the police palace and library, right?

She's with the slush fund, the Dunham Fund, right?

She''s friends with the same political thugs that run Aurora, like Bob Vaughan, right?

She's friends with corrupt cops Kristen Ziman and Chris Tunney, right?

She helped get Chris Tunney a paid gig on the Dunham Fund so both Tunney and Ziman (who live together) could benefit, right?

Is there anyone who still believes there is no corruption in Aurora? If you do, then you should be smacked by Mike Morcos.
